I am searching for appropriate PEEK (poly ether ketone) composition as coating material allowing unbiased activity measurements of bacteria. I was trying different PEEK tubes (obviously there is different compositions) comparing bacterial rate measurements with the generally used PP tubes (Falcon or Greiner) but PEEK seems to inhibit activity! Why? Anyone that knows a company providing such material that has understanding of microbiologist's needs?
