Thank you for your information.I have tried with same quantity ofloxacin for nanosuspension preparation.But its  formed precipitate in the  solution.i seen some articles in which  they have used 10 mg  of ofloxacin.which one is correct either 0.3% or 0.01% w/v ? i hope you will  answer  for my question

drug volume depends on duration you opt. hence go for longer duration and high volume with sustained slow release.
