Does anyone have experience with multicolor/multiplex reactions using Light Scanner 32 platform from Idaho Technologies?

What are the protocol and profile settings for the same? I am trying to multiplex a reaction using fam labelled pathogen and Cy5 labelled internal controls but I never see any amplification in the CY5 channel even after selecting the 640 channel along with 530.
