Im looking for protocols to extraction and quantification (HPLC) of some organic compounds (described below) in saltwater matrix, someone can help me?
Bisphenoal - A
Phtalates
HPAs
Phenol (nonyphenol)
Brominated flame retardants
Polychlorinated biphenyls

"Organic compounds", that could be a lot of materials. Is this a school project? Perhaps just pick one compound type to examine so it can be completed in a reasonable amount of time.
- Suggestion: Try a web search for examples of HPLC methods for each of the sample sub-types (e.g. Try a web search site such as "Google" using keyword search). The data found will provide examples of some of the methods used. *Learning how to research a question on your own is one of the most important skills you can learn.
You should notice that all of these analytes are relatively non-polar comparing with the majority interference (sodium chloride). I would suggest to pass the water sample into the a C18 SPE cartridge and allow NaCl goes to waste. Your analytes will stay in the cartridge and you can elute them with organic solvent such as methanol or acetonitrile. You can dilute the sample with water to reduce the organic solvent concentration before injecting to HPLC. Have you tried to Google to see if there is any methods available that will suit your need?
I agree with both William and Narong. You are covering quite a range of organics. Pick the most important analytes then categorize them by similarity and then develop a method for one of the categories. Start with a column manufacturer like Phenomenex or Restek for example methods.
