Does anyone have experience with Autologistic regression?

I want to run Autologistic regression in R using malaria incidence data recorded at health facilities and Vector suitability data. I calculated malaria hotspots from the malaria incidence data and so I converted the data into binary. The suitability data is also binary so I want to see how I can capture the temporal dimension in the hotspot data
