We use epididymal retrieved sperm from Wistar rats.

Unfortunately the sperm very quickly loose there motility, but we analyse concentration and motility via CASA on a Sperm Class Analyser (SCA Microptic) system. For morphological analysis we stain with SpermBlue and also use the Morphology module of the SCA system.
