I want to extract PAHs (USEPA based 16 PAHs) from soil using the solid phase extraction methods for further GC/MS analysis. Could anyone recommend some information in SPE column selection and the protocol for extraction?

Bakerbond is using a SiOH-Cyano modified column, the systems mostly work identical if you have identical bed volumes and solvent volumina

Dear Frank, thank you for constructive suggestions. My supervisor
extracts PAHs using microwave digestion methods, but I found SPE extraction saves time and reagents a lot. I read the paper you linked and contacted with seller already.

Keep in mind that QuEChERS is not approved by EPA for environmental samples. Microwave, Soxhlet, sonication, and accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) are approved for the extraction of incurred solid samples containing environmental contaminants.
