Mine is anti-human. I've figured titrating this antibody is a tricky one as there are low population of cells in PBMC expressing it.

No, actually I was looking for Tr1 cells based on the paper published by Roncarolo, 2013 on the coexpression of both CD49b and LAG-3. But, thanks a lot for the info still Rodrigo!

Yusuf, I would like to ask which antibody against human LAG-3 do you use? I want to use it as well, but I haven´t found that one used by Roncarolo group from R&D system on their website.

I have realized that the code/lot number stated in Roncarolo's paper is incorrect (as I couldn't find any either) and the closest one I found to be useful is FAB231A on APC from R&D. Let me know if you have any more questions!
