Both seem literature poor, but the latter particularly so. There is a literature review, handbook for medical professionals and a few articles on clinical ethics in the rural setting. I'm particularly interested in the New Zealand setting, but obviously would love to get recommendations from any setting.
Emma, have you tried the 'rural specialist' clinicians at for example Dunstan Hospital? Or the Southern PHO? There may be some grey literature that they can point you to, and they'll know if there's anyone else working in this area.
Tarun Gupta is a good researcher in this field - J Cook U, Queensland. He will either have publications or be able to point in the right direction. He is on Research Gate.
I may know other researchers in NZ who could help. If you want more names, let me know. I have done public policy work there, as well as guest lecturing on ethics at Auckland and Otago.

Thanks Mayadhar - I read the reference to rural research, but I'm afraid what I'm looking for are more ethical issues in clinical practice or research practice in rural settings. Thank you though - it was an interesting read.
Thanking you madam I am also facing the same situation.Still we have to cross the traffic.It may be difficult task but another way try to resolve it as per your own talent. No one can challenge if you having good evidence and better information.You have to be solid and very bold in your study is very important. Even i have faced in my ethical clearance meeting related to 99m TC ECD SPECT for infants.
