I am trying to study fluid in a container subjected to angular vibration using my own code.
I am not able to find any test case to validate the results.
As per my results, I get angular acceleration which changes sign as per angular displacement ( sin(omega*time)).
As per this , I expect the velocity also to change the sign with phase difference of pi/2. However I dont see anything of this sort. The velocity varies sinusoidal bu does not change sign i.e. say for time period of vibration T, the angular acceleration completes one full cycle of sine wave whereas velocity completes half cycle of sine wave ( of time period 2T). Subsequently the same starts.
May anyone suggest some test case for the same?

I am sorry, I major in the hydraulic pipe with liquid. The vibration comes from the pump. So I can not answer your question.
