Good day. I am a 4th year college student working on my thesis about work-life balance and its correlation to occupation stress and employee engagement and I need a valid and reliable instrument on work-life balance. The instruments I've seen in most of the related literature can't be found on the internet so I hope that you can help me. Thank you.
