I am looking for a caspase 3 antibody with a specific protocol that I can use on a whole mount immunofluorescence assay on zebrafish embryos at 2dpf and 3dpf stages of development. Please help.

I did a search for you on BenchSci (www.benchsci.com) and I found an Abcam antibody that was used in IF in zebrafish.
Search on BenchSci for "Caspase 3" and filter reactivity for "zebrafish" and technique tested for "Immunofluorescence".
You'll be able to review published data for this antibody to help with you decision, and link to each paper for protocol.
