Many Thanks Islam for the articles. There are different controversial opinions in concern with the using of Low oxygen tension or high o2 tension in maturation, fertilization and culture of bovine oocytes or embryos. Some suggesting M5F20C5 is optimal, other suggesting M20F20C20 is better and others suggesting M20F20C5 is the condition that acompanied with high rate of embryonic development.

You are right Haitham, in our protocol we use M20F20C5 and gives reasonable results.
