Does anyone have a validated protocol for infecting Head and Neck Cancer Organoids?

I'm trying to infect some Head and Neck cancer organoids with Lenti ORF clone of human GLI family zinc finger 2,Myc-DDK-tagged. But I can't get good results after selection with Puromycin. I got a good transfection for the 293T cells but once the organoids get infected and selected, they suffer too much.
