Hi everyone,

I accidentally left the mouse brains in 4% PFA for 4 days (normally I do not allow 24 hr to pass before transferring them to 30% sucrose). I thought 30 min in 30% sodium borohydride might do the trick to reverse overfixation before beginning my ChAT staining, but unfortunately it did not work. I also ran practice tissue that was not affected and the staining was beautiful, so I know it is not my antibodies that are at fault. Any input would be immensely appreciated!
