Does anyone have a protocol on how to stain Bacteria (Lactobacilus Acidophilus) with a cell tracker dye?

Hello, I'm working how to co-culture Lactobacilus Acidophilus in the small intestineand therefore would like to live track it with a cell tracker dye but it seems to be difficult to get a protocol on that in literature.

Could it be a cell culture contamination?
