Does anyone have a Protocol for immunofluorescence of paraffinized lung tissue?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to perform an immunofluorescence staining of paraffinized lung tissue, but I am observing a tremendous amount of autofluorescence in my tissue. Does anyone have any protocol or suggestion that can help me?
