Does anyone have a protocol for an unfixed, live-prep dissection of either IFM or leg muscle from adult Drosophila?

I'm proficient in Drosophila heart dissections and have also done a fair amount of live brain, fat body, and gut. We are looking to use AFM on live muscle fibers, but would ideally like to compare the heart with skeletal muscle, as our focus is on endurance trained adult flies.

I have not come any protocol as such for IFMs or leg muscles but, I believe you could dissect these muscles in Schneider's Drosophila medium (with FBS). This should keep muscles alive for some time.
