find attached a paper publised by our team on this particular method , if you have any supplemental questions please feel free. We adapted this method for catalase and SOD also which you can find in the second papaer.

Dear Shahkrokh thank you very much but that is pretty much the normal methods for enzymatic activities that I've used normally. I'm interested in papers focusing miniaturized microplate methods only for anti-oxidant enzymes.

Hi Bernardo.. I follow a protocol from the following paper..but it is only for antioxidants (GSH and Ascorbate)..not for the enzymes... Please see If this also helps you..
