In my research project, I'm examining the importance of tangible and intangible incentives on the work motivation. I found many studies which are often missing the used questionnaire. Any hints with tested questionnaires (from studies) are highly appreciated.

@ Ananth: Thanks for the hint. I had a look at them already and they give a good impression but they usually don't publish descriptives, Cronbach’s α, correlations etc. as far as I could see.
