We ran out of the 3x5 cm silicon plates usable as electrodes and we need to replace them somehow. The nature of doping / thickness are not so important for us. Any suggestions?
thanks for your reply, we received wafers from ON semiconductors and cut it the way you describe but they are not conductive (despite the fact that they declare 0.05 ohm/cm). With multimeter we measure tens of kiloohms instead of fractions of ohms as with the previous material. We tried to communicate with the company but they are not helpful. Therefore we seek some other supplier.
