For testing a model based on a turbulence model I am looking for literture data about the sauter diameter occuring in a stirred vessel containing a inelastic power-law-fluid. The dispersed phase should be a newtonian liquid. For example olive oil, sunflower oil or some kind of mineral oil having a quite low viscosity, because the surface tension should be decisive and not the viscosity of the drops..
