I have recently completed my MA: Education with Leadership and Management. From this, I have developed a passion for mental health and wellbeing, specifically in psychological and social factors. Ryan Bray I am not in the UK but this is an area of research for me and I recently published a book titled, "Can We Talk? Conversations About Mental Health and Behaviors in Schools". I am also about to submit with my project team the second of a three-part article series for a study we did using Appreciative Inquiry as a process model to develop teacher's emotional intelligence so they are better able to develop student's SEL. I have attached a copy of our first article. The second one is expected to print in November 2021 and the final is tentatively scheduled for February 2022.
