Do any body have an idea about the impact of pressure rise in flow rate at the cold filter plugging point of an fuel
It can not be really assessed as you determine CFPP at the lab pressure. Pressure should have an impact on the cold flow properties of distillates but we must keep in mind that these standardized methods give more "rough" indicators than accurate parameters from a scientific point of view. For example, CFPP method (which is not based on thermodynamics) is not conceived to assess filter plugging but only provides an estimation of the operability level of the refinery / supply and the engine (and not the most recent technologies...), no more than that. So the answer to your question will probably depend first on the phenomenon you want to study.
