I am currently studying the sacroiliac fatty lumps (known as episacroiliac lipomas or back mice or other names) that are related to low back pain and that are little known and OVERLOOKED by the medical community. Does anybody know about them and wants to collaborate in their research? LET’S MAKE THE UNSPECIFIC LOW BACK PAIN more SPECIFIC!

I have a few patients with lipoma with lovalisation around spine. After measurement of it size with ultrasonography, if it make compresion, it must be move surgical.
lipomas are in superficial subcutaneous location hardly leads to low back pain. Please evaluate for other pathology
Hi! This lipomas are located in the deep subcutaneous tissue, they are related to low back pain and to cluneal nerve entrapment. They are knwon as back mice.
