You could think also about Frontiers in Environmental Science/Soil Processes, an open access journal with an interesting approach to reviewing. Unlike in other journals, a strong interaction between author and reviewer is intended and following acceptance the reviewers names should appear on the published manuscript. However, I´m not sure if there is an impact factor yet. Good luck with your choice!

I recently read some publications in Applied and Environmental Soil Science, They are an open access journal, I don't know about their quality, but what I read was well written, useful, and current.
