I am interested in cantilever based biosensors. Apart from a lot of scientific papers, I cannot find any companies that already commercializes these kind of sensors. Does anybody know such company?
I was just speaking with a colleague (Dr. Zhugen Yang) who worked on microcantilevers at Cambridge and he suggested the following: http://www.concentris.ch/index.php?id=3
It might not be the answer you expected, but I would like to point out that TiN cantilever biosensors were developed at IHP in Frankfurt/O., Germany. Results were published in some recent papers, see below. Albeit these devices were developed for viscosimeter configurations, you might also consider their preparation for operating an immunoassay on the cantilever and measuring the state of bending. Using the preparation capabilities of the IHP clean room is open to external customers via a multi-project wafer (MPW) service.
