1. Trait such as less bruising or less acrylamide in potato fries. Less acrylamide reduces the presence of a possible carcinogen in fried potatoes. It was developed by the company Simplot. They called this GM variety: InnateTM potatoes generation 1. USDA had already approved such GM potatoes (2015). Godwin: Which gene do you prefer to look. If a am right, there are a lot of gene involved in anthocyanin biosysnthesis (Quantitative inheritance). Of course, few genes are more important for example, stAN1 and StF3’5’H. Which inheritance do you prefer to look? Is there marker for QTL?
