Does anybody have experience using the Edu iclick kit to measure proliferation of PBMCs?

I am trying to measure proliferation of PBMcs by flow cytometry. Does anybody have a good protocol to stimulate PBMCs with PHA and measure proliferation using the EdU Iclick kit? How long can the cells be incubated with Edu? Thank you!
