Dear colleagues,
Currently, I am working on two-level inverters by using IR2130, a three-phase MOSFET driver.
Unfortunately, the utilized circuit has a problem and is failed after first use. In the other word, it works only once and for second use, it is failed.
I have utilized the circuit is presented in datasheet of IR2130, and also add some protective features to increase its ability to work in safer condition. But it still fails after first use.
I attach this circuit to this question to give experts some cues.
I will appreciate it if anybody uses this file and helps me to find the solution.

Hi!
You should first check the bootstrap circuit. Uses tantalum capacitors.
Secondly, I do not know what is your switching frequency, but the gate resistors are high.

Actually I got this point already.
the U10 was put to make delay, but it does not work correctly, Especially when we have used IR2136 (WITHOUT ANY DEAD TIME LOGIC) instead of IR2130.
we want to eliminate U10, but still I think there is a problem that causes my problem.
could you please tell me that this circuit will work correctly if I adopt these changes?

In my real circuit, I use dsPIC33FJ256MC710 instead of AVR. this dsPIC has 8 PWM outputs.
About testing channels, I have done it before. all works correctly.
The weird point is that my circuit works with 30 V in DC link (both with and without load). all outputs are similar to what I anticipate, but for 380 V DC, it works only one time without problem(it can drive a 300W three-phase induction motor without any problem), and for second time, all components are lost. I do not know what causes this problem.
