Does anybody have any idea regarding the pH of the microenvironment of secondary lymphoid organ specially lymph node?

I am thinking of difference in the pH of lymph node microenvironment during an immune response when compared with the normal condition. But I also think it is not possible as the pH of lymph node microenvironment is determined by the lymph whose pH is about 7.4. So I am in ambivalent regarding my concept. So it is important to know whether the pH of lymph is changed during the inflammation.
