Dear Marielle, Maybe my reaction does not exactly deliver what you are looking for. We do research on pupils who speak the vernacular Papiamentu at home and learn Dutch (and also Papiamentu) at school. So this is a transition from one language to another. We look at language skills; therefore also reading skills, both technical reading and reading comprehension. We do this on the basis of various tests. On my Rg site you can see some research results.
