There is many options for time-lapse cameras. For night-vision I would recommend Wingscapes "TimelapseCam Pro". Alternatively for intervals down to 1 minute you could use wildlife camera traps, e.g. bushnell trophy hd (IR now-glow). I would recommend IR no-glow as they do not emit visible light, although this gives black and white images during night. You might prefer colors? If so, you will need to use camera with "white-flash", as the Wingscapes "TimelapseCam Pro". The white-flash might be disruptive for the insects. Alternatively you might look into automatic event triggered video, see my attached papers.
