Does any relation between B1g and Eg intensities in Raman spectra of Anatase?

Hi everyone, I want to know if there's a relation between the vibrational modes Eg and B1g (shown in picture). I make thin films of anatase, with almost same parameters, by reactive sputtering and I have differences in the intensity of this peaks. How can I explain this?
