parasetemia on this slides 25 to 60 percent , pt is asymptomatic but the blood analysis shows microorganisms invading red blood cells which I suspect be one of Lyme disease group ( Borrelia, Bartolella, Babesia..) or African Mosquito borne pathogen.
Other remarks :
* Rouleaux and Dacrocytes tear drop cells.
* Interacellular microorganism its in the plasma and also inside and over the membrane of red blood cells.
Does anyone know what parasite is this?

Difficult to say if there are Borrelia around but the thing in the 2nd image could be a Babesia parasite. In culture they can reach high parasitemias.

one or two lines on the age and sex of the patient and previous clinical history are needed as most of the mentioned pathogens are symptomatic.
Yes, the 2nd picture seems to be Babesia spp.
But the pictures are not clearly enough to make a diagnosis.
We should need a brief clinic history, if possible.

regarding the 2nd photo , although something resembling Babesia is seen but it is unstained without showing clear contents (nucleus and cytoplasm); besides, the same shape is not seen in any of the other 5 photos!
Fully agree with Refaat..The 2nd picture looks like a Babesia but the stainning is missing and nothing similar can be identified in other pictures. Better pictures?
