Both the pilot and the research data (now coming in) suggest some interesting findings.
I'd be interested to know if there is any other current or recent research on (senior) leadership teamwork in education / health / business, or if there are other researchers interested in collaborating in this area.
Michael, although various studies have looked at the importance of leadership in a range of contexts, including the medical and education sectors, you may wish to examine the works of Connell and Pascoe (2004) into the impact of teamwork and leadership on medical education outcomes. You may also be interested in O'Leary et al.'s (2012) study on the interdisciplinary nature of senior leadership within a hospital setting. The extent to which senior leadership within the school context impacts on teamwork could also provide an additional set of factors and variables for you to adapt for your current study (see Bush, 2012).
