Thanks for the response avinash. But, instead of commercial one we are planning to extract from natural sources like animal calf. So If you have any idea regarding this please let me know.
Send me your email ID and I will forward you "Nature Protocol" to extract collagen, it is very extensive but worth doing if you are extracting collagen in lab. However, it is for rat tail extraction and not from animal bone.
