I am doing extraction for a different 4 types of proteins from food samples. Gliadin, Casein, Betalactoglobulin, Kunitz Trypsine Inhibitor and Ovalbumin. As each protein of them has a different solubility condition, for example, Gliadin is only soluble in Aq. Ethanol. I was wondering if there is a possibility for doing one extraction protocol (common protocol) for all proteins in food samples rather than using a protocol for each protein.

There is no any common rules or procedure, since all procedures designed based on protein structure. However, I would say, gradual precipitation could be a common way in regards to PI of protein. So, you can find PI of your protein and precipitate it. If you need more details you can find some of my publication related to soy, BSA and Ovalbumin.
