The answer is NOT. The reason is that humic acids are synthethized under aerobic conditions only:

It means that under anaerobic conditions humic substances are not synthethized.
the anaerobic acidogenesis couldn't produce humic acid but it can produce diffrent types of VFAs, so you can try to get new way to use the VFAs to produce humic acid.
