'Make In India' campaign of Govt. of India will have a positive impact on Indian Economy or is just a political gimmick?

In my personal opinion, any good initiative with proper implementation have good results. For make in India campaign yes.. it will result positive but have to wait for 2-3 years to reap real benefits like employment, community development etc..
