In Nigeria, the not-too-young-to-run campaign has been on for some time. Would younger political leaders translate to better governance?
All knows that the experience is needed in the area of leadership
But sometimes the mental ability and skills of older leaders are not available to deal with new events that they have not experienced on the one hand and, on the other, they do not have sufficient information to cope with certain critical situations
If the experience and skill of the young leaders are experienced, they will provide a lot because the ability to give is more than the older leaders
In other part of the world we can see that younger leaders are really performing like the president of Rwanda, Emmanuel Macron of England just to mention few. In Nigeria, the bill of not-too-young -to-run ad just been passed. Lets wait and see the nation's experience on this.
Not necessarily, it depends on the person him/herself and how much experience and experts he or she have.

Leaders are the influential people .if younger are more capable to motivate than older then younger will be best but some sort of experience is also needed which is not dependent on age.it dependingupon the interest of the peoples how much they are concerned about thesystem.
Older leaders have experience; ideally they should not be rooted in the past and things that are not working. Young leaders can break it - and implement difficult things like privatization programs.
