Some are free of cost and for some you have to register. Usually educational online software are available in the form of freeware you can use it for education and also for teaching to the students. Online libraries like SSRN library and other huge database can be access online. Further you can also use the search engine to take help online. Regarding online studies Universities and schools are established according to the act of different Governments to facilitate the learners.

For today’s EFL learners whose milieu is replete with electronic, visual, and digital materials, the integration of the pertinent multimedia resources such as embedded videos, audio tracks and still visual images can facilitate learning processes. Five years ago, someone said in a congress that Moodle was obsolete. However I use it in my university and it works very well. I recommended, because I don't know another better platform and also is free software.
