In fact, how can we relate Planck's constant to natural constants such as G (Newtonian constant) and c (speed of light) when the quotient of Planck's constant by the reduced Planck constant is always equal to two Pi? Is this a major shortcoming of current physics? In fact, if this ratio remains equal to two Pi, it is impossible to relate G, c, and h because G and c will be a function of Pi and that seems embarrassing and inconceivable to me!!
