There are numerous reasons, including the difficulty of getting to school and the cost of schooling and education in universities . Even when tuition is free, there are often expenses for lunch, uniforms, transport etc.... . many people not studied now because when they finished graduation they are not working in market.

For my country, believe that the level of education is declining due to the long period of violence, but we try to improve the education processes at different level of study, and we reap the fruits of this improvement through international partnerships and scholarships and curriculum change.

Education is declining in my country because of inadequate funding and negligence on the part of the government.

A pilot study might sway in favour of Dr. Emeka. However, hypothetically, I will like say that the growth level of education in my country may not be commiserate with what it should have been if educational policies were implemented accordingly. This means there is growth.

Actually, it depends on many factors. In my country the educational process are not serious as well there is no encouraging motivations , therefore the level of education as far as I am concern is not improving in my country.

Electronic Learning is a good system which was applied in Medicine college in University of Baghdad.
