Face-to-face teaching doesn't exclude On line learning. The two methods are complementary. But as a teacher, face-to-face teaching allows me to easily detect the shortcomings of the course by analyse student's behaviour as well as his movements and how to ask the question.
Absolutely, at least we are making progress by delivering the theoretical part. Another thing we are maintaining regular contacts with the students through distance learning. Disadvantages, lack of students engagements sometimrs, cinnection problems due to poor infrastructure.
It is not about the best choice, because basically it is the only choice available to keep in touch with your students and make sure that everything will be fine at the end of this quarantine.
Definitely, it is the only alternative at this moment in which the situation is worse due to this disease and to keep in touch the communication with the students to convey what they have to learn
Yes I think expecially in quarantine period. It help accommodation of students with technology incresing.
However, it IS disavantage for some people of some country. For example: in Cameroon, in some village, network IS not avalaible; si only students of town could follow lessons
yes, e-learning is the only way to be contacted with your students regulary, to give them the theoretical part. Disadvantages, in Iraq, some students are so poor, they can not pay the fee of the internet or it is not available to them because of poor electricity power supply.
For next academic year, more likely there will be a mix of online-only and hybrid teaching methods.
The hybrid approach includes both online and face-to face to different ratios for the delivery of contents.
However, if things get really bad because of Covid-19 health crisis, then faculty and students can switch completely to the online-only method of delivery.
