The question actually isn't how to unify electromagnetism and gravitation. That was a "problem" physicists sought a solution for in the 1920s, before the quantum era.

The problem is to unify gravity with quantum theory. And yes: I believe this is possible, but I just don't know how...neither does anyone else currently.

On a time-oriented Lorentzian manifold with metric, which is the proper description of spacetime accepted by physicists/philosophers today, there exists a non-vanishing vector field (X,-X) at every point on the 4-D manifold provided it is compact with a vanishing Euler-Poincare characteristic. The Lorentzian metric can be written as g_ab=g+_ab-2u_au_b where g+ is a Riemannian metric and u is collinear to X, one of the pair of line element vectors. Using a decomposition of symmetric tensors into a linear sum of divergenceless tensors orthogonal to a new tensor, Phi_ab, which is constructed from the Lie derivatives of both the metric and a product of unit vectors collinear to one of the pair of line element vectors, is introduced into the total energy-momentum tensor of GR.

Since Lie derivatives can be expressed in terms of covariant derivatives or partial derivatives, when the connection coefficients vanish, as in free-fall, Phi_ab does not vanish. It uniquely represents the energy-momentum of the gravitational field and the century old problem of the localization of gravitational energy is solved. The total energy momentum tensor, T_ab=\tilde T-c^4/8pi G Phi_ab, where \tilde T is the energy-momentum tensor of all matter, is locally conserved. Thus, Einstein's equation of GR is retained in form but is now complete in Modified general relativity (https://arxiv.org/abs/1904.10803v4) which is an updated version of the original published in General Relativity and Gravitation last year. The line element fields give MGR the freedom to describe both dark energy and dark matter.

The paper Modified general relativity and quantum theory in curved spacetime (https://arxiv.org/abs/1909.03845v1) shows how the line element field links MGR to the spin-1 Klein-Gordon equation, which equation is the same for a pair of Hermitian Dirac spinors. Thus gravity and electrodynamics are intrinsically related by the line element field.

It was also thought that magnetic and electric were two different forces, until James Maxwell realised that magnetism was just a relativistic effect of the electric force.

Possibly, it is not "to unify", but to be produced by the same material. If we allow in space the existence of a medium that has high intrinsic pressure and each particle comprising such medium can be electrically oriented and aligned, these two forces are found from the same mother.

community we have to recognized that the standard view is falling apart under the weight of new discoverers and unanswered questions.

As the electrons (within the object) spin around the protons, the attraction force constantly changes due to the change of position of the electrons. In order to calculate an average force acting on the whole object, an integration must be performed.

I did it, and to my surprise the resultant attraction force was 35 orders of magnitude smaller than the electrical force, which means that the weight of an object could be an electromagnetic force.

Dear Alejandro Schaller One of our mistake is, we do not know meaning of PARTICLE. We have not seen ELECTRON in an atom yet, and even we do not know if electron can been seen individually outside of atom. We do not know what the proton consist of.

The reality is, the smallest complete unit of universe is atom. Anything that is not atom is particle, and that particle can not be "proton, neutron, electron" because they must be inside of an atom to call them that.

The whole universe is made of chemical element (periodic table) and none chemical element

Our solar system must work as the same as other trillions one.

It place us to think that our universe must mange them, not mechanically, cause this phenomenon is working by its nature and math can not explain it.
