To me principles of Quality Assurance are not successfully applied in most educational institutions. They haven't been used in most cases to achieve the goals the institutions strive to achieve.
I think it depends as there are different situations , different perspectives, level of learnings, culture and other factors are subjected to the considerations.
I case of Bangladesh, though there might be question in the past, now its far better .
It is mandatory for their own survival. Unless the institutes do not abide by them, it wont be possible for them to survive. Their affiliations and approvals will be in jeopardy.
