Do you think that these difficult times we are currently going through, due to COVID-19, will be a reason for students to opt for an education such as "Social Work" or a health education?

In some countries, health study programmes are available for a limited number of students, which are unlikely to increase due to high costs. Care professions might experience higher enorollment rates, but it is likely that women would opt for these programs. Moreover, past years have shown that media, such as forensic series, convey a strengthened interest in respective professions, if these are depicted in an attractive way. Therefore it is difficult to speculate about the future dynamics.
