If you look at a change of activity as a break, I should admit frankly that there are so many breaks that daily life places before me besides teaching and research activity. Every connecting ritual in relationship beginning with a hi hello to a warm goodbye is indeed a refreshing break.
Well, I think that in these times of pandemic the planning of teaching and learning activities have to change in terms of content and development and focus on achieving effective and meaningful learning, built on what the student already knows in a progressive way not only in time, but thinking about the gradual progress of the student's knowledge construction in order to achieve in a prudent time learning objectives
