Do you know of any Scopus-listed journal or publication that accepts Master Dissertations in the fields like Quality Management, Lean, Standards, and Organizational Learning?
I think that you can't publish the whole dissertation in a journal, but you can prepare a journal publication based on the dissertation that can be further published in a Scopus journal.
As long as the research meets the quality standards and falls within the scope of a journal, there should be no issues or special considerations when sending an MS to journals for publication (even if it was based on a UG/PGT research project or dissertation).
Thanks,
Ali

Alaa, you may have to try to publish aspects of your work (e.g. parts of the literature, or the methodology, or the findings or aspects of each including the discussions) in a journal that aligns with your area of research. The Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS) is a good place with a range of journals in different disciplines. Good luck with this.

Thank you for your answers. I understand that no journal would publish the whole dissertation, I meant a summary of the dissertation. Of course, a paper from the dissertation can be published if meets journal criteria but it has to be shortened to an average of 5000 words which means the methodology chapter and much of the literature review has to be removed. In this case, it does not help much as a dissertation for PG Students. It would be just a paper similar to any other paper.
But thank you for your input, it brought good ideas to me.
